Ben Lawley
Associate Agent
Ben Lawley grew up in Aledo, Texas, a small town west of Fort Worth. He was first a Young Life area director across the Hill Country and Central Texas, then in a development role with East-West Ministries, where he grew a donor base through relationships and consistency.
Ben has spent his career in roles without a playbook – ambiguous environments where structure had to be created, not inherited. The throughline in all of it has been people first.
He came to PRG with a personal connection to the work. His father has spent 30 years with a DFW-based physician group, and Ben grew up watching firsthand how much doctors and dentists matter to the families they serve.
Ben lives in McKinney with his wife Rachel and their two kids, Gwyneth and JW. Outside of work, he stays active in the gym, enjoys cooking and grilling, and is always looking for the next adventure with his family.
