A Resilient and Critical Corner of Commercial Real Estate
There's a corner of commercial real estate that most people never hear about — healthcare tenant representation. When a doctor, dentist, or specialist opens a new practice, needs a new location, or wants to grow their group practice someone helps them find the right space and negotiate the deal. That someone could be you.
Our Associates learn this business from the ground up — working alongside experienced agents, talking to real clients, and building the skills and relationships that turn into a high-earning career, not just a job with a ceiling.
No real estate background required. We'll teach you the business. You bring the drive and a professional approach to building your business.
Compensation
The Associate role is salaried for 12–18 months while you learn the business, build your pipeline, and prove you can generate deals. The starting pay is modest — this is an investment period. What comes after is why people take the role.
Associates who put in the work transition to full agents with uncapped earning potential. Our agents who are a strong fit and stay driven are making $200K+ within their first two to three years. Top performers hit $400K–$500K. Some of our best agents earn north of that.
This isn't a pitch about getting rich overnight. Year one is a grind. But the people who show up and do the work build the kind of income most of their peers won't see for a decade — if ever.
You Might Be a Fit If:
You don't need a real estate license to apply, but we encourage you to be finished or close to finishing when you start. What matters more is who you are and how you operate.
This role tends to attract and be fit people who:
- Have always had something extra going on — a job while at school, a side hustle, a project, a leadership role in an organization you care about
- Are naturally comfortable talking to anyone in any setting
- Have an innate desire to earn and be successful
- Want to be measured on what they produce, not how many hours they sit at a desk
- Have a track record of setting goals and actually hitting them
- Can handle hearing "no" without taking it personally
- Would rather bet on themselves than wait around for annual raises
You Might Not Be a Fit If:
We'd rather be upfront now than waste anyone's time:
- If you need a lot of hand-holding or structure to be productive, this will be a tough fit.
- If rejection rattles you and you're not willing to put yourself out there day after day, the prospecting side of this role will wear you down.
- If you're just looking for something comfortable to coast in, there are easier jobs that pay about the same at the start. The difference is those jobs still pay about the same five years from now.
This role rewards people who are competitive, coachable, and willing to do the hard thing now for a much bigger payoff later.
