Trac Bledsoe
Managing Principal - Development
Trac Bledsoe grew up outside of Ft. Worth and graduated from the University of Texas School of Architecture. Trac has been in commercial real estate for over 25 years, having previously worked with institutional development firms in Atlanta, Dallas, and Austin, including the Trammell Crow Company and OPUS Development. His familiarity and experience with multiple facets of commercial real estate investment and development help Trac to tailor the right solution for each client and partner. Trac lives in Smithville with his wife Mary, where they have two college-age sons, four rescue dogs, and one cat. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking and exploring small towns throughout the Texas Coastal Plains.
