Karla Pacheco

Karla joined the Practice Real Estate as an intern in 2022 while completing her studies at UT Austin, and transitioned to a full-time marketing specialist role after graduation. 

A Katy, Texas native, she manages social media strategy, content creation, and marketing operations while collaborating closely with PRG agents and operations teams. Her accomplishments include successfully implementing comprehensive campaign tracking systems and optimizing content for SEO across platforms. Karla brings a detail-oriented approach combined with creative problem-solving skills to every project. 

Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, reading, exploring farmers’ markets, and spending time in nature.
