And it’s because of your hustle that - with three more years in the business - you’d be a top performer almost anywhere. 

But it’s going to take longer where you’re at.  Maybe because leadership isn’t necessarily bad, but you’re definitely not empowered.  Maybe you’re under someone because of politics, not because they’ve paved a way.  Or maybe you’re just eager to cut their teeth on better, more complex deals but your brokerage just isn’t bringing those in.

4. Send DiSC test and Sales Assessment
5. In person or phone call with partner
