Know Before You Reach Out

You will need an active Real Estate License in your state to begin work as a PRG agent. While you study and work towards your license you may work alongside existing PRG agents and their clients.

The cash cycle on tenant representation transactions is often 9 months and can be as long as 18 months. This means that getting started requires patience as you build momentum and a book of business. We do offer a limited draw against future commissions to new contractors as a way to help bridge the gap into tenant representation. For well qualified candidates we can get creative to help bridge the gap.
