Connor Woodland, M.D.

Connor Woodland’s career is a unique intersection of healthcare and real estate. Originally from Edmond, Oklahoma, he earned both his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Oklahoma. After starting his professional journey as a physician at Washington University in St. Louis and currently employed as a private practice hospitalist, Connor discovered a growing passion for real estate that would shape his future career.

His entry into real estate began in the residential sector, where he worked as a Realtor with Century 21 and later Circle Real Estate. Leveraging his medical background, Connor quickly became a trusted advisor for fellow physicians navigating their real estate transactions. His dual expertise endeared him to his clients, and since 2020, he has proudly represented more physicians in real estate transactions than any other Realtor in the state of Indiana.

In addition to his brokerage work, Connor is an active real estate investor. He owns over 100 single-family residences as well as several commercial properties, primarily focusing on storage facilities and mobile home parks.

Today, Connor has transitioned from residential to commercial real estate brokerage, specializing in medical office spaces and healthcare-related properties. His combined expertise in medicine and real estate enables him to provide valuable, industry-specific insights to healthcare professionals, helping them secure the best opportunities in the commercial real estate market.

Known for his relentless work ethic and exceptional communication, Connor continues to help clients navigate complex real estate transactions with confidence. He currently resides in Westfield, Indiana, with his amazing wife and their newborn child.
