Carl Cooper grew up in West Houston and graduated from Texas A&M University with a BA in Leadership Development. He worked 8 years in the outdoor adventure leadership space selling outdoor group experiences and guiding backpacking, camping and rafting trips for various non-profit and corporate clients. His unique perspective on people, team dynamics, and pushing those around him to be their best, sets him up to lead and engage those he crosses paths with daily. Carl lives in East Austin with his wife and 2 kids. In his free time he loves cycling, backpacking, trying new restaurants, retreating to his family’s ranch, and spending time with his friends and family.
