Joel Foster

Before joining the Practice Real Estate Group team, Joel worked as a financial advisor and intern analyst at Pintail Partners, where he gained invaluable experience underwriting investments, preparing leases, and facilitating major transactions.

At Pintail, Joel assisted in the lease of nine properties and the acquisition and disposition of large retail and industrial assets. This landlord-side perspective gives him unique insight into the priorities of property owners and knowledge that will benefit healthcare clients looking for the right real estate for their businesses. 

Originally from the Bay Area and then Texas, Joel is a University of Oklahoma graduate who lives in Dallas. When not working, he enjoys finding new restaurants, spending time at the lake, and watching Sooner football.
