Before joining Practice Real Estate Group, Thompson served over 10 years as a Field Sales and Practice Transitions Consultant at Henry Schein. He spent those 10 years helping small to medium-sized practice owners expand their footprint. He consistently generated double-digit growth and returns, while implementing strategic partnerships, policies, and procedures through the ‘total experience’.
